Bio
When I was diagnosed with Stage IV metastatic breast cancer, I was given an initial prognosis of just three months.
Like many of the people I now support, I was terrified. I wanted answers. I wanted hope. Most of all, I wanted to understand what I could do to help my body heal.
That diagnosis changed the course of my life.
My search for answers eventually led me to study naturopathy, medical herbal medicine, and integrative oncology. Today, I combine professional training with lived experience to help people navigate cancer with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
I know what it feels like to sit across from an oncologist and hear life-changing news. I know the overwhelm of trying to make sense of conflicting information. And I know the deep desire to feel that there is still something meaningful you can do for your health.
As a qualified naturopath, medical herbalist, and Radical Remission Coach, I help clients explore evidence-informed strategies that support healing, including nutrition, metabolic health, mind-body practices, emotional wellbeing, and creating a personalised roadmap that works alongside their medical care.
My approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded. I believe healing is about far more than eliminating disease—it is about restoring hope, meaning, resilience, and a sense of agency in the midst of uncertainty.
Based in Singapore, I am currently the only Radical Remission Coach in the region with a clinical naturopathic oncology practice, supporting clients locally and internationally.
Eight years after my diagnosis, I am still here, still learning, and still deeply grateful for this life.
In my spare time, you'll find me paddling with the Breast Cancer Foundation dragon boat team. To be clear, I paddle with great enthusiasm and questionable technique. I'm not the fastest person in the boat, but every time my paddle hits the water, I'm reminded of something extraordinary: I wasn't supposed to be here.
Cancer taught me many things, but perhaps the most important lesson is this: healing isn't simply about surviving. It's about learning how to live fully again.
My goal is to help others discover what that can look like for them.
