Suzanne Nicklas

Suzanne's passion for wellness began many years ago when she took the first of many health coach trainings, the first being through the Institue for Integrative Nutrition. She began health coaching in 2010 and since then her practice has transformed and grown in many ways. Along the way she has picked up skills based on her own personal interests and broadened her education and is able to share those with her clients. Some of which include yoga, aromatherapy and reiki. Her love of combining conventional and alternative philosophies of care led here to Ayurveda. Her Ayurvedic Coaching takes the wisdom of Eastern medicine and blends it into our western way of living to create lifestyle transformations that work in our busy day to day lives. Her coaching is Integrative in its approach.

In 2023, she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer and struggled to overcome the many side effects of treatment. Through research, she learned the unique ways in which to support herself through what was a very difficult time. Her deepest desire is to share what she has learned from her past education and experiences and through the Radical Remission Coach and Workshop training.
