Līga is passionate about empowering others to live their best lives even amidst chaotic times and adversity. Co-founder of foundation DROSMES GĒNI (GENES OF COURAGE) dedicated to educate about inherited cancer risks and previvors advocacy.
Drawing from her expertise as a trained Holistic Health Coach and her personal journey as a two-time cancer survivor, she helps transform the whirlwind of a cancer diagnosis and treatment into an empowering adventure, exchanging fear for resilience and uncertainty for a fulfilling path of self-discovery.
Liga is a certfied Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a certified Radical Remission Health Coach & Workshop Instructor. Alongside coaching, she has a career in Communications and PR and has been an avid wellness blogger and author.
