I am an ICU Nurse, a board certified Advanced Holistic Nurse, and an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach. I am certified in HeartMath, to share techniques for emotional self regulation and I am an Advanced Reiki practitioner.
For the past 16 years I have been seeking evidence to promote awareness of our energetic nature and the power of the Mind-Body Connection.
Coaching is a helping and caring relationship that can assist clients in deepening self-knowledge. Partnering with clients to explore options and new possibilities, strengths and challenges and looking with in at a mind-body-spirit level for answers. I find joy in supporting clients through enhancing health and quality of life.
