Bio
After I evolved from my stage 3 breast cancer onto building my health journey and having lost several close ones to cancer I decided to search for all reasons to be optimistic about living a healthy life. I retrained to be a Health Coach - following an MBA/Corporate and Expat life - and came across the RR philosophy of activating our life force. I embraced it right away as I myself have started exploring many of the factors during my cancer journey. I love to spread the word of valid reasons to be optimistic. My motto : "Grow from Cancer to Wellness"
