I am a six-year thriver from high-grade Stage IV uterine serous carcinoma, a rare and aggressive cancer that opened my eyes to the powerful role that lifestyle, emotional healing and metabolic terrain can play in supporting the body's resilience.

My healing journey ultimately led me to the terrain-based philosophy described in The Metabolic Approach to Cancer by Dr. Nasha Winters as well as the healing factors identified through the research of Dr. Kelly Turner in Radical Remission.

Today, I work as a Radical Remission Coach, an Advanced Integrative Metabolic Specialist and a HeartMath coach, supporting individuals navigating cancer and other chronic health challenges. I work with clients in identifying lifestyle, emotional and environmental shifts that can strengthen resilience, promote healing, and foster a deeper sense of empowerment on their health journey--always in partnership with their medical care.

As a cancer thriver, I carry profound gratitude for the healing I have experienced. It is my purpose, my passion, to help others. My hope is that by sharing what I have learned, i can help others find a path toward healing, resilience and renewed hope.
