Join Donna for an hour long qigong and meditation class. Qigong is an ancient technique of mindfulness and movement that helps center and calm the mind and body. It has been proven to release stress, lower blood pressure, reduce insomnia, and create positive changes to physical and mental health.

About the event
Donna Bunte, founder of Donna Bunte Whole Health, has been dedicated to the practice of Chinese medicine since 1996, when she graduated from Chinese medical school in New York City and became a licensed acupuncturist in both New York and Connecticut. Health and life coaching, as well as herbal medicine are an integral part of her wholistic health practice where she looks at the whole person not just the disease.
Her journey into Chinese medicine began even earlier, in 1980 in New York City, when she was first introduced to qigong and tai chi—ancient energy practices that sparked her lifelong passion for holistic healing.
Over the years, Donna has continued her studies with respected teachers including Robert Peng and Daisy Lee. In 2017, she began teaching qigong in Greenwich, Connecticut, and has since offered classes locally as well as online during the COVID pandemic. Donna is also a trained…
