Learn the key tools they used and develop a personalized action plan to set and achieve your own health goals for improved wellness. Each week, we will focus on two of the 10 key factors. You will leave the workshop with a weekly, monthly and 6-month action plan to implement in your life. This will be more than just setting goals with bonus 30 mins private session to formalize an action plan that aligns with your needs.
