Bio
I blend over 15 years of clinical and coaching expertise with a deep personal understanding of healing as a cancer thriver. I am a graduate of Fordham University and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I bring a mind-body approach to all of my work. I am EMDRIA-certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I also hold certificates in Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Meditation to Support Psychotherapy.
