Melanie Stachelski is a Cancer Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, and a 13-year Cancer Survivor.
Melanie is a therapist at Colorado Cancer Counseling where she specializes in supporting people through every stage of a cancer diagnosis. Melanie has been working in the Oncology Field for the past decade facilitating cancer support groups, teaching cancer skills classes, and providing counseling for individuals with cancer, as well as caregivers and family members. She is EMDR trained, and a Certified Radical Remission Health Coach.
She is passionate about this work because she is a cancer survivor herself. Melanie was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) in 2009 and received a successful Stem Cell Transplant in 2010.
