Bio
I was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer and that’s when I became passionate about physical healing through nutrition, mindset and a healthy lifestyle. I have been in full remission since 2019. This inspired me to become a health and nutrition coach specializing in cancer patients. I also mentor women during their cancer journey and I am a Radical Remission Workshop instructor.
I will work hand in hand with you during your personal cancer journey. I believe in an integrated approach with spiritual, physical and emotional aspects. We will incorporate new habits towards a healthy lifestyle. I teach Radical Remission Workshops where you will learn the benefits of the 10 radical remission healing factors. I teach Radical Remission Workshops and coach in Spanish and English.
