Bio

After 50 years in the world of business, I now find myself fulfilling what is my life’s purpose. That purpose is to make a Positive and Meaningful difference in my life and Positive and Meaningful difference in someone else's life, today, tomorrow and every day for the rest of my life.

In the past 10 years I have become a Rapid Transformational Therapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Mindfulness Facilator and now a Radical Remission Teacher/Coach. I also wrote a small business management book, 'Don't Suck the Pencils'.

I have had bowel cancer in my mid-forties and prostrate cancer in my late fifties and still here as living proof that cancer is not the end of the world.

The last few years have been an amazing journey as I have found myself by realising that the answers to our mental, emotional and physical wellness is very much an inside job. Our Mind responds to the Words we say and the Pictures we make, change the Words, change the Pictures, change your LIFE.

We have the answers we need within us as individuals and when we realise this and begin to take the necessary steps to make the changes we need to make, we become the individual we were truly meant to be.

Don't think for one moment that SHIT will never happens, it will, but when we are in a place of peace and purpose, what once were mountains become mole hills.

In the words from Esther and Jerry Hicks book ‘Ask and it is Given”.

‘The greatest gift that you could give to another is your own happiness, for when you are in a state of joy, happiness, or appreciation, you are fully connected to the Stream of pure, positive Source Energy that is truly who you are. And when you are in that state of connection, anything or anyone that you are holding as your object of attention benefits from your attention’.

I call myself a Shits Creek Tour Guide because I don’t think there has been a tributary of Shits Creek I haven’t ventured up. I can tell you from almost 70 years of paddling up Shits Creek that it’s only when you stop paddling, mostly from sheer exhauston, and drift down the Creek do we begin to find truce peace and contentment.

Nothing that has happened in our lives is ever wasted. What has happened, good, bad or indifferent has made us the amazing individual we are as this point in our lives. Take the time right now to look inside yourself and see the incredible individual looking back at you and be that person want to be for the rest of your life.
