I'm an integrative thinker with a background in neuroscience-informed health, ethics, critical thinking, and systems thinking. After navigating cancer in 2020 (at 39) and consequent hormonal dysregulation, temporary ileostomy, and recovery, I developed a pragmatic, AI-assisted framework for understanding complex health challenges. (Turns out nearly dying makes you very interested in not doing that again.)

As a certified Radical Remission Health Coach trained by Dr. Kelly Turner, PhD, I draw on research identifying key factors among people who have healed from cancer against the odds. No quantum vibrations, alkaline water miracles, or miracle supplements here - just evidence, pattern recognition, and your actual biology.

My work combines scientific integrity, clear communication, emotional literacy, and AI-assisted personalized insights to help you integrate fragmented health information into a coherent whole. It's like connecting dots that your seventeen different specialists don't talk to each other about.

Beyond health coaching, I serve as an IB Examiner in Critical Thinking (yes, professionally skeptical) and run "Skipper Szyper," where I help people navigate AI ethically and securely. True to my Polish surname, I'm also a sailor - which explains why I'm suspicious of anything claiming to be "the one true course."
