- Release suppressed emotions held in your body

- Develop a daily spiritual practice
- Make movement and exercise a daily habit
You leave with 1-, 6-, and 12-month action plans to implement right away. Those who wish to prevent or overcome cancer or another health challenge, and those supporting friends or family, are welcome. Health-care professionals learn valuable tools they can use with their patients.
