Natascha is a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach & Radical Remissions Coach passionate about helping others make small but powerful lifestyle changes to live a more vibrant and nourished life.

Her own health challenges brought her to this work. She is a proud autoimmune warrior and breast cancer survivor who remains deeply in love with this wild and beautiful life.

She learned to find her own balance tweaking diet, lifestyle, movement, breath, sleep and relaxation, the things and people she surrounds herself with—all of which allow her to feel her best.

She has made it her mission to help clients, family and friends connect to the vitality and optimism that sustains. Nothing brings her more joy.
